How do I schedule an appointment?
 - you may call us at (714) 421-2333 or e-mail us at miro@europeancleaning.net. 
 - We will give you  a FREE estimate if you are a new client

 

What if I need to re-schedule or cancel my scheduled service?
 - Just call us as soon as possible and we can set a different date and time for cleaning that would work best with your schedule

 

What payment methods do you accept?
 - We accept cash, checks or money orders.  You may either leave it for the crew to take once the service is performed or mail it out to us, whichever  would be more convenient for you.

 

How much do you charge for service?
 - Since all homes/offices are different and have different preferences, we do not have a standard pricing chart for the types of homes/offices that we service.
-  Our rates depend on the size of the area that we have to clean and what kind of work needs to be done
 - You will have to call us for a free estimate and we can look at your home and give you an idea on how much your regular cleaning would cost.  Our prices are comparable to the cleaning market and we know that we offer a fairly low cost for the excellent service we provide

 

What is your service guarantee?
 - We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee so if for some reason you are not satisfied with the service that was performed, just give us a call and we will correct the problem as soon as possible.

 

Do you send the same people to clean my home or office?
 - Almost always, it's usually the same people who will clean your place.  We do this because we want our clients to build their trust on their cleaners.  However, there would be some instances where we would have to send a different person to your place if the cleaner assigned to your place is sick or on vacation.  We would give you a call to notify you if such an instance were to take place.

 

Does someone need to be home at the time of service?
- Not necessarily.  We are aware that everyone has their own busy schedules to deal with on a day-to-day basis so we totally understand if you will not be around during your scheduled cleaning.  What we would need from you though is to give us the required information on how we can obtain access to your home.

 

Do I need to provide my own cleaning supplies?
- No.  We usually provide our own cleaning supplies and equipment, unless it is requested by our clients to use their own. 

 

What type of products do you use?
- All of our products have been tested and proven to be safe for your home.  We have tested and tried several products and use only the best quality products in the market. 

 

What if something is damaged during cleaning?
- We are fully insured and bonded so if something breaks, please let us know within 48 hours and we can make arrangements on how to handle the issue.

 

How do you access my home?
- Most customers leave us a key to their home during the first visit and we usually code the keys and store them in a safe and secure place.
- Some clients put them in a safe & secure spot and they just give us a call to let us know where the keys are kept in case they would not be around during the time of their cleaning.
- Please inform us if you have a security system installed in your home.  You may call to inform us of the code we need to input to get in and out of your home and you can always change it afterwards.

- Yes.  References are available upon request.
